How do you use ZenluxCo's Me Time Kits?

Our Me Time kits are made to be complimentary to your skincare routines and selfcare routines. Each of our kits also comes with a manual.

Are your Me Time kits eco-friendly and sustainable?

Yes, all items in our collection and our Me Time kits are sustainable and eco-friendly.

Yes, our silk pillowcases are 100% 22-Momme 6A Grade Mulberry Silk.

What are your spa headbands made of?

Our spa headbands are made of 100% Cotton Terry Cloth.

Are your jade rollers made of real jade?

Yes, our jade rollers are made of 100% natural jade.


When will my order ship?

If you place your order Monday through Friday, we do our best to ship out your order the next day, or in less than 3 days the latest. Many orders with standard shipping will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday). Once shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.

How do you ship orders?

We offer free 3-4 day USPS shipping within the United States on all orders over $60. If you're extra excited to get your ZenLuxCo order (which we would totally understand), we also offer express shipping options as well.

Do you charge domestic sales tax?

Domestic sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to New York.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! International orders may be subjected to customs and duties charges that are the customers responsibility. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, nor any extra fees once the package has exited the United States. Additionally, delays in delivery time can occur if the package is held up in customs, which unfortunately is beyond our control.

How do you ship international orders?

We offer USPS First Class Package International and USPS Priority Mail International.

Please note, the shipping charges do not include international custom fees, brokerage fees, duties and tax charges. These charges must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier. 


For all shipments, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, ZenLuxco assumes no responsibility.


How do I track my order once I place my order?

You can track your order at any time via the shipment tracking number sent to the email account or phone number with which you placed your order.

What payment methods do you accept to place orders?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Can I change my order?

If you’d like to change your order, please email hello@zenluxco.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders submitted on zenluxco.com process and ship very quickly. If you’d like to cancel your order, please email hello@zenluxco.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my purchase?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic purposes, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final.

My order arrived with something incorrect, missing or damaged.

If your Zenluxco package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at hello@zenluxco.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
